You have made your first communion with your muse. You are aware of her - and she of you. Fated Love binds you together now, for all eternity. This love is stronger than the laws that bind reality and you can use it as a weapon of war. Tear open the Divide and make further communion with your muse to bid her summon mystical power beyond imagining. But be wary, for the muse brings with her the iron wind of doom that devoured her world, and will devour yours too if you indulge in her too often.

Special: You can now invoke your muse as a means of overcoming obstacles, or even just to socialize. The action of invoking your muse is called an infraction. An infraction is a risky endeavor which is treated as a Challenge consisting of three parts: [Occultist] - Cleave & Mend the Divide: This overcome action is to determine how clean of a cut was made in the skin of reality. Failures or success at cost could result in iron corruption on the body or environment, or cause the appearance of blackshards. [Manipulate] - Communion with the Muse: This overcome action is to determine the success of the infraction itself. Failures or success at cost could signify that the muse is in danger, that it is upset or that some other complication made the infraction problematic. [Will] - Resist Temptation: This overcome action is to determine your ability to let go of your muse. Failures or success at cost could cause you to gain temporary aspects reflecting your growing addiction to the muse. The difficulty level of the overcome actions is determined ad hoc by the GM, based on what it is you are trying to accomplish through the infraction. The more ambitious your goal, the harder it is to pull off. In addition to this, you now also possess an aspect that describes your current emotional status regarding Fated Love, such as Stoic Resistance, Enthralled or Crippling Depression.
