Hurling Moonlight: As an action, you are able to hurl moonlight at an enemy. You must make a range attack throw, dealing 3d12 cold damage and the target must make a DC (5 + Proficiency Modifier + Constitution Modifier) Constitution saving throw or become blinded until its next turn. You are able to do this up to your Wisdom Modifier per long rest.
Lightwalking: As an bonus action, you are able to teleport from one beam of moonlight to another within 50 feet at night. During the day, you are only able to teleport in a random direction 20 feet. You are able to do this up to your Wisdom Modifier per long rest.
