LEVEL 8 Eldritch Blast Invocation

This invocation consumes ALL your Eldritch Blast Invocations AND Eldritch Blast Slots. In return, you get 1 special spell slot per invocation you are missing out on. These new spell slots are special in that they are fluid. This means that they may be quickened or twinned. This allows you to use this spell to either cast an action spell as a bonus action OR cast the same spell twice on your action thereby taking a normal spell slot and one of these. A twinned spell must be an action and may not be concentration. This does not get around material components that have a cost if they are consumed and they only have enough for 1 casting.
These spell slots may ONLY be cast in 1 of these 2 manners and may not be used as normal spell slots. That being said, they do regen like normal spell slots, (long rest, short rest, and gift channel)
