if you are casting with no conductors, it only applies for the next 2
if you cast with psionic bindings, it applies for the next 4
if you cast with conductor gauntlets, it applies for the next 6 attacks
this spell upgrades at levels 5,11, and 17
it deals 1d6 damage at level 5, 1d8 damage at level 11 and 1d10 damage at level 17
