Description
When you learn this spell, pick from one of the following damage types: Cold, Electricity, Fire, or Sonic. The damage type can also be changed during your daily preparations.
  Gain Resistance 5 to that damage.
  Additionally, you can cast conduit of nature as an action, allowing you to imbue all of your attacks with 1d6 of the same type of damage as long as the spell is active.
  Heightened +2: Increase resistance by 5 and damage by 1d6.
