After 6 days of downtime spent you gain 1 charge, max 2 charges, 1 charge and 3 hours can be spent if there are 2 to 10 allied creatures with an Intelligence of at least 10. All creatures affected are given +5 on any dice roll except damage 3 times, the effect wears out after 6 days. The creature that uses the item gains 1 level of exhaustion. Additionally you can spend 50gp to increase the number of dice rolls you can add a bonus by 1 max 5 times, and add 2lb to weight. If the user wants, roll 1d20, DC18 Charisma (Performance), on success, double the number of dice you can affect, on a fail the user gains 1 level of exhaustion.
