Ignus

Ignus is a young red Dragonborn from clan Dovahkiin. This clan is formed around and worships the ancient red dragon Nafaalilargus. The clans stronghold is located on top of a mountain near the Dragon Plateau. Being a red dragon clan, Ignus was taught from a young age that power and wealth are everything. That each member of the clan should strive to become the strongest they can be, and to contribute to the Great Dragon Hoard.   This never felt right to Ignus, and being a inquisitive young wizard, he soon discovered some hidden, and forbidden, books in the clans libraries. These books told very different stories, of heroes helping those in need.   Ignus also never knew when to keep his mouth shut, and several heated debates with the clan elders soon followed. During one particularly heated argument, Ignus dared to question the purpose of the Great Dragons teaching, and why the clan should murder and plunder for His greater glory. Naturally, the clan elders did not take this well, and Ignus was soon banished from the clan for his brash attitude and unacceptable ideas.   After his banishment, Ignus set out in the world, determined to prove that even a red dragon can be good if he choses to be.   His journey has only just begun, and Ignus still has a lot to learn of what it means to be a 'hero'.
