Description

The Nine Lives King   William is High king of Vordor, He rules beside his elder Sister Gwiene as her Cat and second in command. William is a key ally to many, and continues to be a person of heightened influence despite his years (or lack there of.) He is renowned for his 'Chaotic' and 'homocidal' approaches to making his kingdoms better places -- thus had made many enemies for his untraditonal approach to his annoitment. He is not someone to make an Enemy of and is hard to kill - due to his ability to repossess his own (and others bodies) if he so decides.
