Most folk in the wider world would have a hard time picking a half-dwarf out from the throng at the market. They don't have the pointed ears or touch of unearthly grace of a half-elf. They resemble, to different eyes, either short humans or tall dwarves.
Some less charitable creatures refer to them derisively as "Mules."
