Pathfinder 2e Spell: Testicular Torsion

You subject the targets testicles to a very precise application of telekinetic force. The target must succeed on a basic fortitude save, or suffer 3d8 negative damage, plus 1d6 persistent negative damage for the duration of the spell. On a critical failure, they are also rendered clumsy 1, for the duration of the spell.
 

Heightened (+2) The initial damage increases by 2d8, the persistent damage increases by 1d6, and the clumsy-value increases by 1
