Description
The Blackened Blades had emerged from the Battle of Rockfall in the fateful War of Envy. They had stood between the Human Kingdoms as strong and capable strikers in the armies of the Angrats. These war veterans provide a quick and efficient way to dispose of their enemies and are more than likely to dispatch numbers of Men, Dwarfs, Elves; Whoever, or whatever, is requested, can be eliminated by these dangerous killers. In battle they stand tall compared to other Angenratte, and wield large swords created with broad edges. Upon the striking of their opponents, their comrades often find their own mark when their common combatant is within arm's reach. As a result, Blackened Blades are renowned infantry, running for high prices among those who seek protection or a hired mercenary. Blackened Blades are Level V Angenratte. Reactive Assault. Blackened Blades are uniquely reaction-driven infantry, and will use their time on the battlefield to maneuver around and through their opponents almost to their own whims.
Ideals
Brotherhood. (Lawful) The comradery in which the Blackened Blades have lived through has brought a sense of brotherhood in between each other. They value their colleagues and comrades, often sacrificing their own lives for others.
Bonds
Dedication. (Military) Their training has led them so far in life, that their vision of the world is nearly entirely reliant on military perspectives.
Flaws
Frenzy. (Personality) Blackened Blades have been driven mad during the midst of battle; As their kill counts grow larger, they may develop an obsession with fighting.
Actions
Multiattack. Blackened Blades can make two attacks with their Angenkraz.
Angenkraz. +6 to hit, single target. Two-Handed. 5 ft. range, 16 2d12+3 Slashing damage.
Reactions
Coordinated Attack. If a Blackened Blade succeeds on an attack within a five foot range, another within five feet of the target rolls a percentage dice. If they roll seventy or higher, they can use a reaction to make another attack.
Calculated Maneuver. Provided a Blackened Blade is attacked within fifty feet of another, its comrade can come to their assistance by moving towards them with its entire movement speed. This movement ignores opportunity attacks or reactions.
