Darkvision. Thanks to your draconic heritage, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern colour in darkness, only shades of gray.

Draconic Resistance. Your scales are imbued with a fragment of a Blue Dragon's vitality. You have resistance to lightning damage.

Gift of the Blue Dragon. You can use your draconic heritage to empower your attacks. When you make an attack roll and hit, you can add 1d8 lightning damage to the damage roll. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus and you regain all expended uses on a long rest.

Desert-born. You gain a burrowing speed of 10ft.

Shocking Reprisal. You can channel your latent power to retaliate at foes who strike you. You gain a new way to use your Gift of the Blue Dragon feature. When you take damage from a creature within 10ft. of you, you can use your reaction to expend one or more uses of Gift of the Blue Dragon. The creature that damaged you must make a Dexterity Saving Throw (DC=8 + your Constitution modifier) or take lightning damage. The lightning damage is a number of d8s equal to the expended uses of Gift of the Blue Dragon. On a success, a creature takes half as much damage.
