Choose any creature, object, or magical effect within range. Any spell of 3rd level or lower on the target ends.
For each spell of 4th or 5th level on the target, make an ability check using your spellcasting ability. The DC equals 10 + the spell’s level. On a success, the spell ends.

At higher levels:
When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, all magical effects on the target are dispelled if their level is less than or equal to the level of the spell slot you used.
Additionally, when you cast this spell at 5th level, you may make an ability check to dispel magical effects of 6th and 7th level, or respectively to dispel magical effects of 8th or 9th level if you cast it at 7th level.
