The sjichan are an ancient species that no one truly knows the origin of. Their formation has been theorised by many scholars and magi. Even they themselves are mum on how they came to be, or the secrets of history that they have no bothered to remember. They mostly remain near Fostpoints, but others venture out into society and civilisation to live among mortals, engaging in vices and pleasures. And those that do are too ingratiated in their new homes they forget their past.

Description:
The sjichan are elemental spirits, given the gift of corporeal form by the suits of metal they wear. They vary wildly in design, but all take the form of having arms and legs to allow them to live amongst other humanoids. Because of this nature, they do not have the classical senses; they are blind, but they can hear. Some have a notion of temperature. They do not eat in the usual manner, they cannot smell nor breathe, and most have a sense of Fost allowing them to see auras around people and determine certain things about them.
