Formation Shooting. In combat, legionnaires and legionary archers work in units that are superior to the sum of their parts. A legionary archer that is directly behind an ally (within 5ft) who has a shield donned counts as having three quarters cover against enemy ranged attacks on a direct line, or nearly a direct line between the legionary archer, the ally and the enemy ranged attack. Additionally the legionary archer suffers no penalty making ranged attacks over allies they are directly behind (within 5ft). Imperial Ranger. Has advantage on Wisdom (Survival) checks to track enemies.
