As with all of the works that make up The Law of the Porphorion Empire this, the fourth volume, focuses in upon the history and philosophies of a God, this one being Naca-Larow (the blue God). Within this book are told the histories, myths, and stories of Naca-Larow's life and how attempts to emulate the good example of Naca-Larow has resulted in laws utilised by the Empire in relation to the Sea, Piracy, and especially what is classed as forbidden knowledge. As such many scholars utilise these teachings as a way in which to follow best practice when writing.
