Succes: Atonement Verdict,
-Atonement Verdict: If the creature shows repentance or shame:
Gains 30 HP, 10 temporary HP, advantage on all saving throws, and advantage on their next ability check.
-Retribution Verdict: If the creature refuses to repent or embraces their sin:
Suffers disadvantage on all saving throws, loses 1 Constitution every round (minimum 1), and becomes silenced for the duration.
Duration: The verdict lasts 1 minute or until the scales are dismissed as a bonus action.
