The book of counterspells is a dusty old tome. with a hourglass laying horizontally on the cover, it has a clock ticking behind the hourglass. The book floats around the holder when in use. Otherwise it has a large mythril lock on the side holding it shut.
Counterspell. While the book is floating around its user, the user may cast counter spell as a reaction consuming a charge. The book stores two charges, resetting at midnight.
Unleashed Tome. When midnight chimes, the user may turn the cover's clock back 24 hours. Doing so consumes all charges of the tome for the next year. However, the books pages begin to glow, and gain one Unleashed Charge.
Unleashed Charge. One of the following spells maybe be cast with an unleashed charge, consuming the charge. Dispel magic(cast at level 6), Counterspell(cast at level 9), Remove Curse, Identify. After casting one of the following spells. The hourglass on the front of the tome no longer has sand in it. The clock stops ticking, and the pages dim. This lasts for a year.
