Rare Spellcasting ability Requires Attunement
Finesse. Reach (5ft.-15ft.)
Magical Controll: You can control the whip’s movements and length with your mind, extending its reach up to 15 feet.
Lightning Infusion: Once per turn, when you hit a creature with the whip, you may cast Shocking Grasp on that creature without requiring an additional attack roll.
Grab: As a bonus action, you can use the whip to grab an object or creature within range:
-Object: You can snatch a small object or weapon. You may immediately throw it as part of your bonus action or use it as part of your attack action, adding its damage to the whip’s attack.
-Creature: You may attempt to grab a Huge or smaller creature. The creature must succeed on a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or be moved 10 feet in a direction of your choice, expect you can not push the creature back.
Sweep: As a bonus action, you can lash out in a 15-foot cone.
All Huge or smaller creatures in the area must succeed on a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or take 1d4 slashing damage, be pushed back 10 feet, and knocked prone.
Wrath of the Storm God (1/long rest): You may channel the storm’s fury to cast one of the following spells without expending a spell slot:
-Call Lightning
-Sleet Storm
-Gust of Wind
