The Cloudstep Boots have 2 Charges, regaining one charge, daily, at dawn.

While attuned to the Cloudstep Boots, the wearer gains the following benefits:

• Cloudstrider: You can walk on clouds as though they were solid ground, but do not take any falling damage when landing on them.
• Triumphant Ascent: As a free action on your turn, you may consume 1 Charge, manifesting bursts of cloud beneath your feet, propelling you upward. You gain a flying speed equal to your movement speed until the start of your next turn.
• Graceful Descent: As a reaction, you may consume 1 Charge, creating a soft cloud beneath you. You cast Feather Fall on up to 5 willing creatures.

These boots were gifted by Cloud Giants as reward for the saviour of a child, so that their wearer may come and go to their home, as they please. How they ended up in the possesion of a high-ranking priest of the Tolaran Order, is not known; though their original owner was never known, either.

They resemble simple white footwraps, with carefully stitched cloud-like patterns, in blue silk, running along the fabric.
