Witness Me! - Make a leaping attack from up to 15 feet away at a chosen target from an elevated position to gain advantage on the attack roll. Both you and the affected targets automatically fail their Dexterity saving throws against the explosion.

Explosive - Radial effect: 10 foot sphere originating from detonation point, all targets in the radius must make a Dexterity saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + Your Proficiency Bonus + Your Strength or Dexterity Modifier (Whichever is higher). Successful saves take half damage. The Thunderspear is consumed on use. Any target struck directly by the Thunderspear when an attack roll is made have disadvantage on their saving throws.

The Thunderspear is a highly destructive, but simple weapon. It is effectively a long pole with an IED made from a tin can with an impact fuse at the tip, which is primed when a string blocking the fuse is pulled. Often, the strings will be bright, flashy colors. Raiders who are exceptionally daring will leap from one vehicle or an elevated position to destroy their foes in a suicidal rage, shouting as they jump.
