Story
An almost translusent white quartz with some purple swirls on it, that was enveloped by the light of the moon, the goddes found it so pretty that she blessed it in Moon Fire, enchancing it. After that it bathe in moon fire for hours in the middle of forest clearing's small pond, then it took the shape of a Rose's flower. Whoever tuches it can feel a faint connection to the moon, a subtle warm and cold.
Abilities
This item acts like an
arcane focus, but can be a
holy symbol for Clerics and Paladins who worshipp the goddes of the moon.
This item has
4 charges, recharging
1d4+1 at long rests as it absorbs the light of the Moon.
Moon fire residue
You can use this on yourself or another creature in 30ft.
Self use: As a bonus action use up 2 charges and unleash a faint amount of Moonfire the Quartz absorbed, empowering your next spell. You can add 1d4 Radiant damage once to your next damaging spell this turn.
Another creature: As an action use up 2 charges and empower a creature you can see within 30ft with a faint amount of Moonfire. The chosen creature gains the following benefits for 1 minute:
+5ft movement speed
+1d4 to their attack and sawing throws
+1 Radiant damage to their Weapon attacks (it does not make the weapons magic weapons)
