Inspiration of Winter: Once per hour, the bell rings softly on its own, filling the holder with a sense of clarity and purpose. When this happens, the holder gains inspiration. This inspiration lasts until it is used or until the bell rings again.   Chime of Serenity: As an action, you can ring the bell to cast calm emotions (save DC 15). Once this property is used, it cannot be used again until the next dawn.

This delicate bell is carved from a single shard of glacial ice, its surface shimmering with an otherworldly light. Tiny runes etched into the ice glow faintly, pulsing in time with the holder’s heartbeat. When rung, the bell emits a clear, melodic tone that echoes with the chill of winter, filling the air with a sense of calm and focus.
