A few years ago you noticed a splotch of paint on a fruit seller that they couldn't see. Days later, another, larger splash of paint was on their market stall that yet again no one else could perceive. Two days after that, the man was run out of town for philandering. Over the course of a few months you noticed more and more paint on various objects and sometimes people. You also feel that different colors give you different impressions, though you couldn't tell someone why each color meant something else. Pale yellow, the color you associate with philanderers, is the one you look for the most, in an attempt to find your father, but recently another color has caught your eye. A line of deep, pure, almost luminescent teal leads away from wherever you are, always in the same direction. Once you noticed it, the line became more and more distracting until you were losing sleep over it. You felt compelled to follow it to its end once you realize that the color represented great opportunity. Psychic Synesthesia: Over the years of studying the strange paint, you have a knack for seeing what others don't. You gain proficiency in perception and insight.
