You summon a raging storm at a point you can see within range. A 20-foot-radius sphere is filled with thunderclouds and cracking lightning. At the start of your turn, each creature of your choice within the storm must make a Wisdom Saving throw. On a failed save, they take 7d10 nature damage and deafened for 1 round. On a successful save, they take half damage and not deafened.
you may move the storm up to 20 feet as a bonus action on your turn.
