Attack/Save: Strength saving throw
You launch a binding shot of magical thread at a creature. Choose one creature within range. The target must succeed on a Strength saving throw or have its movement speed halved until the start of your next turn.
At higher levels: At 5th level, the target is also unable to take the Dash action for the duration. Available for: Hunter
