At the start of each of its turns, the target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 1d6 nature damage and have disadvantage on concentration checks until the start of its next turn. Cannot be cast in Wild Shape.

At higher levels: At Higher Levels: Add +1d6 to the damage per spell slot level above 1st.
