Time anomaly

You can use your action to activate the Mystique Hourglass. Time freezes for everyone and everything except for you and up to four creatures of your choice within 30 feet of you. These creatures must be conscious. This time stop lasts for 1 minute.

During this time
You and the affected creatures cannot move, attack, cast spells, or take any actions that influence the world.
You may speak freely, move your head, and communicate verbally with the chosen creatures. They may do the same.
The world is completely frozen. No sensory input (like sound, movement, or spell effects) occurs outside of your chosen group.
Once this effect ends, time resumes exactly where it left off.
You can end the effect early at any time (no action required).

Once used, the Mystique Hourglass can’t be used again until the next dawn.
