These Spores when used, fill a 5 foot cube. Creatures within this cube that breathe in the spores are subjected to their effects.
A subjected creature must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution Saving Throw (they can willingly fail), or gain the effects of the haste spell until the end of 1d4 turns. Once ended, the creature gains the negatives of the haste spell until the end of their next turn and the Poisoned Condition for 1d6 hours.

Used as the key component of the much more stable potion of speed, Haste Shroom is an The UnderSea native fungus cultivated in the bodies and colonies of Mycanoids. Within this bottle is a hae of fast moving, exited, spores that never seem to rest at the bottom of the bottle.
