Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute

You tear open a swirling portal of arcane chaos in a 10-foot-radius space. At the end of each of your turns, a random arcane effect erupts in the zone. Roll 1d4: 1. 6d10 Lightning damage (Dex save for half) 2. 8d6 Arcane damage and pushed 10 feet 3. 4d12 Fire damage (Dex save for half) 4. The zone becomes difficult terrain and silences all within it until the start of your next turn.
