Once per long rest, during a short rest, you can activate this item to enhance recovery. When you do, each party member may roll two additional Hit Dice to regain hit points. These dice are free and do not count against the creature’s total number of available Hit Dice.
This effect must be used during a short rest and applies only to those present for the full duration.
