Casting Time: 1 action
Range/Area: 60 ft. (15 ft. sphere)
Components: V, S, M*
Materials: a silver bell worth at least 10 gp
Duration: 1 minute (concentration)

You summon the eerie song and wailing of lost souls from a point you can see within range. Each creature in a 15-foot-radius sphere centered there must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 2d6 Psychic damage, and it has the frightened condition for the duration. On a successful save, it takes half as much damage, and is not frightened. A frightened target repeats the save at the end of each of its turns, ending the spell on itself on a success.
