Nixie are small Merfolk full of mischief.
The Nixie, plural Nixen, is a water spirit known throughout Germanic folklore. They are not to be trusted. One thing gives them away – they are always wet. Their hair drips and their skin beads up with water.
Amphibious: Can breathe both air and water.
Low-light vision: See twice as far as humans in dim conditions.
Weapon proficiency: Trident, net, heavy crossbow.
Natural camouflage: Advantage on Stealth while submerged.
Fade into froth: Once per short rest, take the Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action.
