Description.

A shortsword, with a unique handle and crossguard. The crossguard is twisted metal, in a wavy shape. The blade is thinner than usual, and engraved with multiple light green runes seamlessly flowing into each other.

Slashing wind.

The shortsword is enchaned to strike with cutting wind, dealing an extra 1d4 slashind damage.

Whirlwind blade.

As an action, you raise up your weapon and shout the command word "ar, agland!" (Slash, sword! in common), the runes shine and unleash a whirlwind of slashing winds in a 10 ft area semisphere around you. Each creature aside from you in the are must make a DC13 dexterity saving throw and take 4d4 slashing damage on a fail and half as much damage on a succes.
You can use this feature twice per long rests
