Description.
This mace features a pine cone for its head, crafted from the silvery branches of a rare, magical pine tree. These trees are known for their unique ability to subtly regulate the temperature around them, allowing them to survive the bone-chilling cold of their mountainous homeland. Because of this property, the wood is highly prized by skilled craftsmen.The weapon’s origin traces back to an elven druid who, caught in a deadly blizzard, found shelter beneath such a tree. Communing with it through ancient magic, the druid wove together its resilient branches and a pine cone into a mace. It became both a weapon and a companion, helping the druid endure the harsh elements throughout his journey.
Freezing touch.
The temperature of the pine cone is lowered to freezing temperatures. On hit this weapon deals plus 1d4 cold damage.Nature's potection.
A small area around you is affected by the tree's temperature regulation making extremes much more bearable. You make Constitution saving throws against Exhaustion from freezing or scorching temperatures with advatage.Extended care.
