0-level (Cantrip) Abjuration
You give a target an chemically induced rush. The target gainst temporary hit points equal to 20% of their max health and gains an additional reaction and bonus action. These hitpoints are ignored untill the creatures hitpoints are reduced to 0. Once the creature hits 0 hitpoints it looses 8% of it's temporary hitpoints per turn but keeps fighting. If the target kills another creature it gains 30% of its max health as hitpoints. Gains an level of exhausting ,looses the remaining temporary hitpoints and cannot use reactions and bonus actions for 10 minutes.
