Uncommon Requires Attunement

  • Magical Weapon This is a +1 weapon. Additionally, you may replace the effects of one attack with those of the Net item. The hammer cannot be used while a creature is actively restrained by it.   Khaliber's Wrath Once per long rest, you may channel Khaliber's wrath into this weapon, causing the chain to extend into a line 5 feet wide that reaches from you to a target within 120 feet. Each creature in the line exclusing you and the target must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d6 cold damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. Make a melee weapon attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes damage from the hammer, plus 4d6 cold damage. The chain reverts to normal after the attack is resolved.
    Champions Hammer This Meteor Hammer gains additional traits based on your Devotion to Khaliber.
     

    Devotion 10+

    When you take damage from a creature within 5 feet of you, you can use your reaction to make a melee attack with the Hammer against that creature. On a hit, the Hammer deals damage as normal, and the creature is blinded until the start of its next turn. This property of the Hammer can't be used again until the next dawn.

    Devotion 25+

    While carrying the Hammer, you can use an action to cast Dominate Monster (targeting only Mountainous creatures) from the whip. The save DC for these spells is 18. Once you use the whip to cast a spell, that spell can't be cast from it again until the next dusk. While attuned to the Artifact, you have Immunity to the Charmed and Frightened conditions.

    Devotion 50+

    While attuned to the Artifact, you have Immunity to the Blinded, Deafened, Petrified, and Stunned conditions.

    The broken head of a Kolakugoni Covenant Hammer, bound with an infernal iron chain taken from the slain Cambeon Slake and infused with Vidhan's remaining divine favor.
