The touch of your shadow-wreathed hand can siphon life force from others to empower yourself. Make a melee spell attack against a creature you can reach. On a hit, the target takes 4d4 + character level in necrotic damage. The amount of necrotic damage done is converted into temporary hp for yourself. This spell has no effect on undead or constructs. Reduces Maximum HP by 6, Requires a Long Rest to reverse the effects. Any Temporary hp is lost on short rest.
