When deactivated, this item looks like a doorknob with a "Do Not Disturb" sign attached to it. To activate the item, you place it on a wall, and a door appears. On the other side of the door is a "pocket dimension," or personal demiplane.

Despite the name, the interior of the demiplane is quite nice. There is a king sized bed, two large cushioned chairs, a comfy couch, an attached bathroom that has a jacuzzi tub, and several cabinets. The cabinets are full of items that aid in sexual pleasure and safety.

The demiplane is able to provide oxygen for two creatures. When more than two are inside, the demiplane can only supply oxygen for 10 minutes. If the demiplane's door is left open, the oxygen supply will match whatever area the demiplane has been activated in. The demiplane can hold no more than 6 creatures.

If an item is left inside the demiplane, it will be there the next time the demiplane is opened. Items such as the bag of holding can be taken inside the demiplane, but if left inside when the demiplane is deactivated they will spill their contents in the astral plane.

If a creature is left inside the demiplane, time will pass the same as it passes in the material plane. Oxygen will be produced the same as when the demiplane is active.
