You have proven yourself to be a capable predator. As a bonus action, you can temporarily increase the synchronicity of your mind with Athame's.
When you do so, you mark one hostile creature you can see within 30 feet of you. You gain advantage on attack rolls against that creature for 1 minute or until it drops to 0 hit points or falls unconscious.
While a creature is marked by this ability, you manifest an aspect of Athames dreadful power, gaining the following benefits while transformed.
• You gain temporary hit points equal to 1d10 + your level.
• Once during each of your turns, when you hit a creature with an attack, you can force it to make a Wisdom saving throw, and if the saving throw fails, the target is frightened of you until the end of your next turn.
• You are immune to the frightened condition.
You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
The appearance of your Form of Dread reflects some aspect of your patron. For example, you could manifest shadowy spectral claws or fangs.
