CHI: costs 70 4d8+SPCM targets 2 enemies.
spell slot: adds a d10 and 5 ft range, every 2nd upcast causes the arc to jump to another target
PSI: each aditonal PSI charge adds a d12, and jumps to another target. cannot surpass +3 PSI charges
CHI: each upcast costs 35 CHI, and adds a d8+ 5 ft range, wotj every 70 CHI causing the arc to jump to another target.
