Invoked [Cost: 3] - When invoked, if you have previously scribed this rune somewhere, you are instantly teleported to the location of the place you scribed it. If you scribed the rune upon a creature, you appear in a safe position within 5 ft. of that creature. The maximum distance you can teleport using this rune is a number of miles equal to your Rune Potency. You must be on the same plane of existence as where you scribed the rune, or the effect fails.
Scribed - When scribed upon an object, surface, or creature, this rune creates an anchor for teleportation for this rune's invocation effect. The rune remains for a number of hours equal to your Rune Potency. Scribing this rune does not prevent scribing or invoking it. If you scribe this rune again before it expires, the first one disappears.
Synthesis [Cost: 2] - Combining this rune with a scribed or invoked rune allows you to scribe or invoke the rune at a distance. You can target any object, surface, point, or creature you can see within a range of 30 ft. multiplied by your Rune Potency.
