0-level (Cantrip) Necromancy
Invoked [Cost: 1] - When invoked, this rune creates a field that prevents all creatures within a 10 ft. radius from recovering hit points. This effect lasts for up to 1 minute.
Scribed [Cost: 1] - When scribed onto an object, surface, or creature, this rune begins to cause decay, rapidly killing plants and organic objects. Creatures that are scribed must make a Constitution saving throw at the beginning of each of their turns. On a failed save, they take an amount of necrotic damage equal to 2d4 + your Rune Potency. On a successful saving throw, the rune is dismissed. This rune can be maintained until dismissed or dispelled on an object or surface, but for creatures requires concentration and can last up to 1 minute.
Synthesis [Cost: 1] - Combining this rune with a rune that causes damage changes the damage type to necrotic.
