Thorough exposure to aggressive fungi infected you, but you managed to achieve symbiosis with them. You gain the following benefits:
Ability Score Diminishment. Decrease your Constitution score by 1.
Filtering. You gain resistance to poison damage. Further, you gain advantage on saving throws against the poisoned condition or contracting diseases.
Regrowing. As a bonus action, you can channel your energy into the regenerative traits of the fungi. For the next minute, you regain hit points equal to your Constitution modifier at the start of each of your turns, provided you are not unconscious. Once you have used this ability, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
