Willingly or not, you developed a habit of sleeping less than usual and found newfound time to reflect on yourself and sharpen your mind. You gain the following benefits:
Ability Score Increase. Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
Less Sleep. During a long rest, you replace 2 more hours of sleep with light activity, such as reading, talking, eating, or standing watch. Further, an interrupted long rest doesn't require 1 additional hour per interruption to finish for you.
Open Eyes. You can sleep with your eyes open. A creature that sees you sleeping this way must succeed on a Wisdom (Insight) check or believe you are awake. The DC equals 8 + Charisma Modifier + Proficiency modifier.
Repeatable. You can take this feat more than once to further decrease the amount of sleep you need.
