Using a ranged spell attack, a magician hurls a glittery energy bomb of at a creature within range to a maximum size of medium. On a succesful hit, the creature becomes outlined by a colored glow for the duration (colour is magician's choice). While outlined in this way, a creature emits dim light in a 5-foot radius, has disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks, and can't benefit from being invisible.

At higher levels: At 5th level the magician can cast two glitter bombs and effect creatures up to Large size
At 11th level the magician can cast three glitter bombs and effect creatures up to Huge size
At 17th level the magician can cast four glitter bombs and effect creatures up to Gargantuan size
