Forgotten Porthosian magic courses through a magician as ze flings a crystalline Porthosian missile with a single barbed head at a creature of zis choice that ze can see within range. The crystalline Porthosian arrow deals 3d12 + magician proficiency bonus in force damage to its target. Additionally the target must make two strength savings:

On two fails, the target is knocked backwards 10" and prone and is effected by the staggered condition until the start of the magician's next round
On one fail, the target is affected by one of the above effects of the magician's choice and one other effect of the target's choice
One two successes, the target is affected by on of the above effects of the target's choice

At higher levels: If cast using a 7th level spell slot - damage increases by d12, target is knocked back 20", target must make a strength save to recover from prone effect and save to recover from staggered condition

If cast using a 9th level spell slot - damage increases by 2d12, target is knocked back 30", target must make a strength save with hard disadvantage to recover from prone effect and save with hard disadvantage to recover from staggered condition

For each spell slot above 9th level - damage increases by d12, target is automatically pushed back an additional 10" at the start of the magician's next round and target is automatically knocked prone at the start of the magician's next round
