Lineages and Heritages pdf, pg. 4
In the Moia setting, Dhampir are children born affected by the Red Leyline and have a natural affinity for magic cast utilizing this leyline. This predisposition may increase the likelihood of entering a blood-hungry craze. As these creatures are a relatively recent phenomenon, the public are generally distrustful and violently opposed at times if their condition is discovered. There are rumors that some groups may be forming militant groups to eradicate these unfortunates.
Dhampirs can be of any genetic descent and, mechanically, will add their Dark Thirst, Darkvision, and Vampiric Resilience to the features to the stat blocks of their base lineage features. This additional boon is offset by the social distrust and likelihood of being hunted.
Darkvision.
You have darkvision to a range of 60 feet.
Dark Thirst.
You have short fangs that serve as a natural weapon. You can bite with your fangs as an unarmed strike, but you can do so only against an incapacitated creature or a creature you have grappled. Your bite deals 1 piercing damage, and if your target has blood and isn’t a Construct or Undead, you can feed from it as part of your attack. Your feeding deals necrotic damage equal to your CHA modifier (minimum of 1), and you gain temporary hit points equal to the necrotic damage dealt. Once you gain temporary hit points with this trait, you can’t do so again until you finish a short or long rest.
You must feed in this manner at least once per in-game week or suffer disadvantage on all rolls made until you feed again. You must make a DC14 Wisdom Save to resist fully draining your prey. This roll is also done at disadvantage if you have not fed for a week.
Fully draining prey in this way takes one minute, or ten rounds of combat.
Vampiric Resilience.
You have advantage on saves against disease, and you have resistance to necrotic damage.
