Controlled Burst - Fire a 5-round AP I burst with a bonus to hit equal to your Proficiency Bonus as an attack.

Magdump - If you have any ammunition missing from the weapon's magazine, you cannot use this maneuver. As an Attack, empty all 40 rounds in the magazine in a 60 by 5 foot line, dealing 15d4 AP II Piercing damage. All targets in the area of effect must make a Dexterity saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Dexterity or Intelligence modifier. On a failed save, a target takes the rolled damage and has their armor grade reduced by 2 for the rest of combat. On a successful save, a target only takes half damage. Once you have used this maneuver, you may not use it again until you finish a Short or Long rest.

Special Properties

Armor Shredder - Subsequent attacks made against the same target ignore armor.

CQC - Has a +3 Bonus to hit when between 30-10 feet of the target, no disadvantage in melee.

A Post-Cataclysm design, the SPR-40 is a 40-round weapon featuring an exotic design with superposed ammunition encased in a block magazine. SPR-40 means SuperPosed Repeater, 40 rounds, and PDW stands for personal defense weapon. It has five barrels and fires pistol-caliber rounds, but the volume of fire allows it to pierce armor without needing the muzzle energy that most armor piercing rounds would use. Turns out if you fire enough mass at something, the mechanical stress on the target will force it to yield. The magazine sits behind the weapon's trigger action, firing the rounds electronically using a repeating signal. The weapon does not accept magazine modifications, but the whole magazine is assembled all in one go. It is possible to use a sort of 'magdump' mode on it, firing all the rounds in the span of half a second, achieving a cyclic rate of 4,800 rpm.
