A shower of radiant sulfur falls from the sky in a 20 foot square on an area you specify within 60 feet. Each creature in range must make a Dexterity saving throw. Each creature within range takes 8d8 radiant damage on a failed save and has its movement speed reduced by 10 feet until its next turn, or half as much and no movement speed condition on a successful save.
